Join us August 28th Noon-11pm at Macleod's Public House for the 7th annual YYC Rocks Against Bullying in memory of Jocie and Asha Bharti. Daughters of local live music supporter Terry-Lee Bharti. The founder of The TLB Group. Jocie passed away in 2017 and Asha in 2021. In 2015 the girls became interested in what The TLB Group events were all about, they asked Terry if they could take part and he asked them to pick a cause close to their hearts. They chose Bullying and all the ramifications that can go with it. After Jocie passed, the team decided to make it an annual event in her memory. Terry-Lee has dedicated numerous hours and funds promoting local live music and charities. Tragically Terry lost Asha at the end of 2021. The team then decided to host only the annual event in honour of the memory of both girls, Taken too soon. This year we are supporting Potential Place Society. They support mental health issues, as well as promote anti-bullying behaviour. Come on down and check out the amazing live music, silent and live auction. Help us support local music and charity.
